Boosting Penalty is also Penalizing near-level groups

These anti-boosting measures stopped my group in Razorfen Downs from getting almost any experience just because one of us outleveled the rest of us a bit. Level 44 warlock in group caused level 35 and lower mobs (gray to him) to yield around 20 - 30 xp per kill, where level 36 mobs (green to him) were yielding 160+.

So now when I’m just a bit over-leveled I can’t go help out my friends (or friendly strangers) because someone took a sledgehammer to a job that needed a rubber mallet and it would mean dramatically reducing their experience.

This is making the game worse and needs to be reverted.

I thought the idea was to care about the experience of the player base, but this seems like something else.

More ill-thought out changes. Iron’s in another thread just pointed out that a 60 in BRD (which is very typical for the dungeon) kills the XP for everyone in the first half of the dungeon.

Ya im thinking if i should even play wotlk with dungeon nerfs and nothing being done to GDKP’s. Been playing since 2003, 0 beta invites, dungeon nerfs, gdkp’s ruining game, horde/alliance unbalance, 70 boosts for $

Tired of seeing blue posts with changes that screw over the human playerbase.
