Boosting payment issues

Just uploaded some money to my account and went to purchase a character boosts. I had to pay the tax difference. When selecting a debit card the entire payment changed over to my debit card not just the tax. Maybe i have to buy blizzard balance seperatly fist to cover the tax.
So i accidently charged roughly 65 to my debit card… I still have my battlenet balance. (this iwll be important in a second)

I went through the Refund route and im seeing two transactions to choose from. One bieng a correct purchase split tender between the gift cards and my sales tax.
The other bieng soley a Debit purchase. Now as i still have My battle.net balance i assume this must be visual bug. So i chose to refund my purchase made soley on the debit card. When i tried to do this i was met with an error saying its inelligble because its already been refunded… I dont have any confirmation emails reflecting this nor does my bank account show a pending refund. I understant that could take buisness days… It gets stranger

I logged into the character select screen and i am Still showing a boost. Now i should note that my bank account was never charged the sales tax only transaction and i still have all my battlnet balance at this time. To me this would imply one of two things either i recieved a free boost somehow (lol unlikely) or my refund isnt actually processing?
I have put in a a ticket but i would really like to boost a warrior tonight safely without complicating the issue further, any advice would be great

Just make sure to not accidentally use the boost as that could complicate the refund process.
