Boosting my 70 priest caused a major bug

I purchased a level 80 boost for my 70 priest to prep for cata.

After boosting my professions were set to 0/0 and I am unable to delete or train anything.

My character is effectively broken because of the boost.

The same thing just happened to me - did you get it fixed?

First, you’d want to do an UI reset as the ticketing GM will ask you to do that before anything else.

[CATA] Professions showing 0/0 after boost

Boosted one my characters that had 375+ Engineering and Tailoring, but it is showing 0/0 as my current skill level for each profession. I still have all the patterns and recipes, and am able to craft them. However, I am unable to train new skills or get the benefit from lightwave embroidery. Let me know if there is a fix. Id rather not have to re-level my professions…

Devs will not respond. Reporting bugs is a one-way thing. Aside from the weekly state of the games and major changes/issues - it is highly unlikely you will see an actual Dev responding to anything.

Bugs are fixed when they’re fixed, there is no time table. They have to be able to replicate the issue to understand why something is breaking, and then fix that issue without breaking half a dozen others. We tell folks here to go make a report on the Bug Reports forum because the more data they have to look at by affected players, the likelihood of them replicating the issue increases.
