Boosting is literally Pay to win

Your definition of pay to win is very weird.

… um …

Says the person that thinks buying a TBC bow is to pay to win in wrath… /facepalm,

Ive been called many things in this life.

But a context ignorer???

2683 posts, is this all you do? lol.

Hey, I paid for the first 2500.

I thought pay to win was something that happened to guarantee a win. They still have to level 12 levels, make gold, level professions and actually you know raid and be good. I think pay to win would be paying for a 70 that’s supped up and can’t lose right?

Don’t use logic. Logic isn’t welcome in this dicussion.

It’s really impossible to be pay to win using in-game items.

Because even if you were to buy something you would have had to be there for the kill even hypothetically if you’re paying real money for it you’re there for the kill that item would still exist even if you weren’t buying it.

If you were able to buy items out of a cash shop that are better than what drops in game that’s pay to win

Defending buying Thoridal Star’s Fury out of a cash shop.
Your argument defeats itself.

That’s a dumb example because that would never happen.

judging by your defense of the action, it would suggest that you think it’s a good or neutral idea.

I’d be fine with a level 58 character boost if they had permanent res sickness.

It would never happen that’s not what blizzard does you just keep moving the goal post though either cuz you want the attention or you’re just bored.

Your definition of pay to win is not reality the boost is in no way pay to win.

We can argue until the goal post is moved a couple hundred more times but the boost will still not be pay to win

The ‘goal post’ has always been whether or not it’s pay-to-win. Nothing’s changed. Don’t know what you’re talking about lol.

Because your example was buying the bow through a cash shop which doesn’t exist.

Your other example was buying the bow from a raid. You’re still not pay to win.

Your examples keep moving the goal post how do you not realize that?

The boost does not pay to win it’s paying to skip

because I’m not the one latching on to the examples, other people are. I’ve always been referencing the lvl 58 character boost. Trying to see where someone’s argument falls apart is not ‘moving the goal posts’, go google some more logical fallacies and pick a new one to try to use.

You set the examples, which move the goal post, denial doesn’t change that.

The paid boost isn’t pay to win.

Glad I could clear that up for you.
