Hi! I have a small question about character boost. I have boosted several characters before, and I noticed that each time the system just automatically gave me the transmog of legion artifact weapons (not the weapon itself of course, I think one still need to complete the questlines to get the weapon itself). However, Yesterday I boosted a new hunter character, and did not find the legion weapon transmog this time. I wonder if this is a bug or something. Could anyone help please? Thanks!!!
For the other characters you have boosted, were they duplicate classes of ones that already existed and had obtained their Artifacts?
Artifact transmogs are account-wide (per relevant class), but as far as I am aware the actual Artifact and its relevant appearances must have been obtained by a class on the account already.

Truthfully, Smorris, I’m not entirely certain how you have those appearances without completing the quests to retrieve the specific Legion Artifact Weapon. As far as I understood it, you must at least collect the weapon on what character of that class on the account in order to use the appearance.
The 110 character boost, introduced with the pre-purchase for Battle for Azeroth, did include a Legion Artifact Weapon choice. If you boosted your character with one of those that would make sense. That choice was removed from the boost after BFA launched though so it shouldn’t be happening anymore.
It seems receiving a Legion Artifact Weapon appearance with a boost now is not intended so if you received one before, outside of what I outlined, my guess is that was a bug.
