I meant to boost my alliance warrior but accidentally boosted my horde warrior. Only logged in briefly and saw my mistake haven’t played on them at all. Is there any way to fix this?
You must not login that toon anymore, create a ticket immediately to ask if they can refund this.

i couldnt find a way to make a ticket for this issue. Idk if there is a custom ticket option or something but they all seemed to require specific predefined issues to make a ticket. I couldn’t figure it out
While there isn’t a category for this specifically, the best option would be for Purchase Failure. Submit it ASAP, because these things are very time sensitive. And as Forumcat said, stay off that character until you hear back and have a resolution.

You probably also want to self report your name. A priest with a name indicating bad touching is likely to get reported and you don’t want to have a GM force a change.

I mean, they’re doing you a solid. Best that someone here try to help you avoid it being reported by another player. Especially if you’ve run into a reported name before, since you can absolutely be suspended after the initial warning.
