You will be prompted on literally EVERYTHING except what server to play on (it was already selected when I made the boost) So I boosted the character on the wrong server, come to find out, its a PVE server and the server I want the character on is PVP. Im willing to pay for the xfer (though it should be free for a honest mistake) but I dont think I can xfer this char because of the PVE-PVP issue.
Need some help here, opened a ticket 30 hours ago and no response. Id really like to start playing the boosted char on the server I intended.
Just to make you aware, not a lot can be over the forums. You’ll have to wait for your ticket. Did you file the ticket as “Problem with Purchase”? Also, Transfer to PvP from PvE can’t be done.
Even if they did, it doesn’t really do much of anything save for clogging up the post.
This forum is one for players to assist other players. There are no GMs, no Devs. Ticket times are unfortunately taking a little longer than usual due to the pre-patch dropping and the issues that came about because of it.
So long as your ticket is in, it will be answered in the order that it was received, so you will just have to be patient. Neither iteration of the game has ever prompted server choice, that is on us as players to kind of look for and be responsible for. That said, they do try to help if they can. You’ll just have to wait on your ticket.
