Just boosted this warrior to lvl 50 earlier tonight. I’ve gotten quests for essences and everything but never got the quest to get my Heart of Azeroth. I checked with the Earthen Guardians and to see if I was missing something anywhere in Dazar’alor or in Orgrimmar but found nothing. Quests are giving AP but I don’t have a meter for that either.
Don’t know if I need to wait for something else or if I should’ve gotten the necklace already?
As far as the essence questing goes- I was able to complete the entire questline for the first essence up until I had to interact with the heart forge. The animation starts up but the quest won’t complete either. Probably because I’m missing the heart lol

Don’t suppose it’s simply in your bag and not equipped?
Stupid question, I know… But what you’re describing sounds odd. The very first time you go to Silithus is at Magni’s request via the pop up quest for your HoA, which usually happens the second you ding 50.
Whether you need to be in Zandalar or not for it to go this way… not sure.
Haven’t used my boost, so not sure if you can start the Dragonflight stuff without doing the HoA in that scenario.
Hoping it’s not a bug. (Or gets hotfixed quickly)

all same here, I used my shadowland boost service and the Character did not get heart of Azertoth. I didn’t equip HoA and it’s not in my bags nor in my mailbox, bank , even now I finished " heart forge" quest still get no necklace and can’t use essence.:((

I’m Stuck with the same Issue. Has anyone gotten the HOA yet i put in a ticket. Ticket is 2days 20 hours

Same thing happened to me, I submitted a bug report and put on a ticket and waiting on a response.

Yeah no, not in my bags or mail or anything. No quests to get it in Dazar’alor or Silithus, just stuck at the essence quest with no HoA

I am having the same issue. I boosted my Paladin to 50 but have not received or gotten any quests for the HOA. It is not in my bags, mail no quest from the earthen guy, but i got the quest for the dragon scale but cannot use it as i do not have the necklace

Well I got a response from a ticket, but it was a cookie cutter one asking me to check Wowhead.com for answers, so the issue is still present sadly.

I have the same. Boosted to lvl50. Did not get the HOA, I keep getting quests that reward azerite, which is pointless with out the HOA. I can’t even wear some of my gear because of that.
Ah geez. Yeah, I checked wowhead and reddit and everything yesterday so that sucks. I mean in a week it won’t really matter anymore once SL is out but it’s pretty annoying
Especially annoying since there is no decent necklace other than one from doing the Icecrown rares. Plus most of the world quests give azerite which is useless without the necklace

I sent a ticket to Blizzard and they told me to do the necklace quest. It turns out that they did not realize is that there is no such quest in this situation, it is a bug for sure. sadness: /

Same problem here I reported and they told me to restart the quest. lol
LOL what quest? There is no quest for it. Such a shame.

I have the same problem, missing HoA and no way to obtain it. I can’t even equip the azerite armor that I get from quests. I also noticed that none of my BfA reputations were boosted to ‘Friendly’ (they’re all still ‘Neutral’) and it didn’t unlock any followers or the campaign table either.
