The first question is which boost did you use?
It appears that the standalone Level 70 boost you can purchase from the shop is different from the “enhanced” boost included in the expansion pre-purchase. There are no supplies or renown boost from the standalone purchase, so if that’s what you purchased, it is working correctly.
If you did the expansion pre-purchase and used the enhanced boost, then you should add your information to the Bug Report Forum or by using the in-game Bug Report form that Shiftydruid mentioned above.

This one. The toon has the renown when you look at it. They just are bugged, like many many many others are. It shouldn’t be this hard to use your purchase.

I agree, this is a pretty massive QA failure for a feature that’s included in something as high profile as the pre-purchase.

What’s even worse is there’s been no word on a fix today. The developers are probably focused on getting 10.2 out and we probably won’t get a word from them until after that drops. With any luck it will be mentioned that it’s fixed in tomorrow’s patch notes I won’t hold my breath but I’ll keep my fingers crossed

Still not fixed in the latest 10.2 build on the PTR, so don’t get your hopes up for tomorrow.
Some bugs are harder to fix either they affect a wide spread of player which everyone thats exp it should report it in the bug forums or its affecting a small amount of player look at the shop xmog bug that was realy hard to fix.
Also blizzard never gives eta on a perticular fix untill the hotfix notes go out.

Hopefully it’s fixed soon. I was planning on using my boost; however, I’ll wait until this is resolved.

May be a bit of a wait. Still no word on a fix. Its obvious the Devs are focused on getting 10.2 out first. So I am betting we wont get word on a fix for this till after Wed or Thurs. Will probably be a hotfix patch after 10.2

The only reason a blue would respond in a Bug Report thread s if they need more info to track down or replicate the bug.

A blue responded to the Dragon Riding bug and said a fix would be out today so this is un true they respond all the time
