Boost professions

I think we should be able to purchase profession boosts. LW is really annoying to level… almost as bad as engineering and blacksmithing.

Could we pay like $30 each? It’d be nice to have BiS professions after I boost this toon. I’d be willing to pay up to $40.

I’d pay for this.

I’d pay $100 to never have to level engineering again.

$250 if it came with all the raid drop recipes.

Not everyone is that rich. Must be nice.

But yeah, only an idiot would level engineering a second time.

It is.

Quite.

Would you buy my boosts for me?

Boosts are for lazy people who hate the spirit of the game.

No no, pay-pigs it’s not happening.

You can. You buy a kit from someone to level it for gold.

I’m pro boost for levels, but absolutely not for this sorry. That was a major part of tbc to swap professions or to level them all together. This would create extremely toxic behaviors. You want to spend money to skip tbc content? Use your gold and buy stuff on the AH.

I’m new to horde and I don’t have any gold. I also dont like leveling in Mulgore… I don’t know where anything is. It’s a pain to look everything up.

Okay, I’ll bite.

What extremely toxic behaviors will this create?

How is it toxic if I want to help my future guildies?

So farm your own professions. Making a string of excuses as to why you want to be lazy isn’t going to garner any sympathy.

Farming raw materials actually isn’t bad unless you’re on a high population server with bots. And then it’s usually dirt cheap to buy, and gold farming is a lot more efficient.

I’m cool with boosts, but this is asking a lot.

In what way is giving real money to guildies an excuse for adding content skips to TBC content, when you could just give them gold or help with material farming already?

Dont look it up, experience it…that’s what made this game fun

How about NO

They’re already offering boosts and mounts for money. I don’t see this as lazy, rather pragmatic, and a logical next step.
