Just a heads up the apprentice riding skill does not work with your boosted toon. Blizzard really dropped the ball with the boosts.
It does, it’s just bugged and some people are getting it and some aren’t. Not sure if they’ve made a statement on it yet or not, haven’t seen any news on it since very early this morning
