Was gifted a boost for classic anniversary tbc. Never showed up on my account. Sent several tickets in, attempted disabling all add-ons and deleting cache, boost still not available. Ticket said boosts arent working and I should post in tech support. What should I do?
Post a problem with purchase ticket and move this to customer support. SFA’s there may be able to provides some insight.
Did you claim it via the gift box? If after 24 hours the purchaser should,
A: Verify the purchase via account management.
B: The purchaser should put in a purchase failure ticket to have billing review.
As technical support is mainly player discussion regarding crashes and install issues, no one here can check on that. Maybe edit it to Support > Customer Support
I was told in the latest message that boosts arent working and are disabled now and that I should post here.
Moderation Note: Just to clarify, this is wrong. It looks like a Game Master got bad info, which was echo’d by another. Sorry for the confusion.
Unfortunately again, technical is player discussion only. Myself included. Usually your referred to technical if the ticket is related to a technical branch, but just “To the forums” not technical for other issues.
If development disabled, which I’m not seeing posted yet, you would need to wait. As far as refunds, only the person who purchased the gift can request it.
