Boost missing?

Hi.

I bought a WoW 12 month subscription around the 23rd of October and understood it would include a ‘boost’ to 70 for a character. I am told the icon for this appears on the character selection screen. It does not appear on my login screen or character screen, or in game on a character. (Not that I can see).

Just looking for feedback on this or, if possible, a way to have it fixed.

I think you’ve read it wrong, because there is no boost with the subscription rewards

No, I’m sorry, Allaquiver, the 12 month subscription includes some mounts and pets, but it does not include a boost.
