Boomy performance has climbed since the bug fix in raids.
There has been zero dip in boomy raid performance according to logs.
You can stay in solar in heroics and while questing now. It’s inconsistent that you can’t in raids. So once again, what do logs have to do with that?
In addition to inconsistent - its not fun. I like pumping on trash and this discourages that.
I would like you to de-select every dps except balance and then say with a straight face that it’s a straight line.
Linking the stats and then lying about what you linked is a bold move.

If you deselect everyone but balance they start at 30k and go down to 22.5k.
That looks like they go down a lot.

Almost every spec has gone down from the start, kinda weird. But like… the stealth change to boomkin is obviously a nerf. If logs show boomkin increasing in dps after that nerf it’s just because they are gearing up at the same time. Arguing that they’re actually improving is just weird as hell and obviously wrong.

Look at the straight line all dps share. If boomkin took a performance hit it would take a dip compared to the other class’ straight line…but it hasn’t, it’s actually gone up slightly compared to other classes. That kinda disproves this whole thread’s premise, which is why people keep ignoring the log data and try to make cope excuses for it not reflecting their bias.

How is it a lie when you can snapshot during heroics and quest but not in raids? Isn’t that by definition, wait for it, a BUG when it doesn’t work in raid but consistently in other places?

What does performance have to do with the inconsistency of being able to stay in eclipse while questing and in heroics but not in raids? I think it’s perfectly reasonable to request blizzard communication when your class is not working in original cata.
You fundamentally do not understand how Blizzard handles certain aspects of the game. Abilities don’t reset in dungeons or open world after a boss dies. Blizzard uses raid bosses as a flag to reset abilities. It’s a raiding fix and relies on RAID BOSSES to work.
Why don’t other buffs reset after raid bosses? You’re not making any sense anymore my guy. You shouldn’t pretend to know what Blizzard has not communicated. If anything, we should go by what blizzard HAS communicated. And they have communicated nothing and their previous communication was that any class changes would be tested in PTR before any live changes in the game. Anything you say is just your opinion which is fine to have, but don’t pretend you know.
