They couldn’t even do this if they wanted to without adding a new pvp talent.
You mean like make Starsurge do 60% less dmg in PVP and introduce a talent similar to Volcanic Surge to make it do full damage but increase cast time by 2 secs? I like it.
Or why not just make it casted in PVE and PVP. So many times PVE has influenced PVP.
I mean Shadow rework is the best thing that has happened in PVP.
They are still solid but have to do dmg via Mind Games, Void Torrent and Insanity Procs.
If i see another fried melee complain about wizards im going to petition for blizzard to make their next embelishment something absurd like every time you cast a spell from a different school you aoe disarm around yourself.
And as absurd as that sentence is, it still wouldnt stop sub rogue from being the best class right now o.O

right now the tier is destro = sub > boomkin = demo > fury > enh > fire > everything else
fire is only an issue in 3v3, the first 5 do exceptionally well in RSS as well as 2v2 as well as 3v3, and enh really does take more than damn near every other melee to play well so even when ele blast is hitting for 300k a random isn’t going to level their 3rd alt enh and get 2k in RSS without playing hundreds of rounds
same with fire for that matter. glass cannon is not for the feint of heart
