Except that the meat is still very much ground up. There’s a difference between “Nuggets” and “Tenders”
A boneless wing is more like a “tender”, which I’m fine with. Tendies are great!

Buy chicken breast strips/tenders (as in a pack of just the meat), cut them into nugget shapes, bread them, fry them= voila…nuggets out of actual good quality chicken. I’ve always considered ‘nugget’ as just the shape.
(puts out a little tray of cookies in the shape of chicken wings)
Pizza Hut says they’re wings. Pizza hut is right!
The skin gives it a different texture and taste. Boneless wings are dipped in batter before they’re deep fried, and that gives it a different taste.
Hamburger isn’t made of Ham!
Right, but it’s not. “nuggets” in any useful use of the term strongly imply the use of a ground or shredded meat. the “chicken stars” some places have are the same deal. It’s just breaded shredded or ground stuff.
What you’re making is weirdly shaped tenders lol
Dry Rub Bone-in wings are killer. I tend to order all flats if I can.
i’ve never heard of boneless wings.
that’s just weird.
Wings are overrated, not enough meat and you can’t get all of what little meat they do have without also getting some gristle. The effort:reward ratio is just so bad. The only circumstances where wings make any sense to me is if I’m too buzzed to care and just need something to eat.
Cop: The body is over here.
Coroner: Jeez, really did a number on him. Any sign of the arm?
Cop: It’s just passed that rock of there.
Coroner: …You fool! This is no arm! There are no bones in it! It’s a people nugget!
Same company that supplies KFC.
They’re called that because they come from the German city of Hamburg.
The biggest difference is REAL wings aren’t battered and deep fried. You are eating just the chicken and sauce and not batter with all sorts of nasty bits ground up inside. The taste is not even close and neither is the texture.
Those saying they are the same are like saying a NY Strip is the same as a corndog dipped in A1. While it MAY come from the same animal that is the ONLY similarity.
What with food today ,oh it’s Sunday ,I shouldn’t have taken that nap.
What about BONELESS PIZZA?
What about boneless hotdogs!
Also known as the “namby-pamby club” That’s from Man vs Food btw lol.
I hope you don’t eat pizza with a knife and fork. (unless it’s deep dish I suppose)
Hmm, this seems rather relevant and worth another read.
Bones make chicken all slimey and nasty. It’s like sucking on a slug.
