Boat from Boralus takes me to Alterac Valley Instance

I see this bug happened a long time ago and is still happening.

This has happened to me twice in the past hour or so. Keep having to wait for hearthstone to come off CD before I can get out.

Just wanted to confirm that this is still a bug. Happened just a few minutes ago on a trial account, character was level 7 Alliance. Very surprising!
