so yeah, you can’t runeforge BOA weapons because the game thinks they’re item level 1 or whatever. Unfortunately I also can’t return this useless weapon because it became soulbound once I mailed it. @Blizzard, I know you’ve got a lot going on but could you maybe fix this?

You’ve never been able to runeforge heirlooms. You can put normal enchants on them still if they have no level requirement though. Look to get crusader or something.
