Bnet updating wow clients everytime I open

I am having the same issues as this post here that was listed last year. I have done all the listed recommendations on that forum. Any ideas?

Constantly "Updating" whenever I open Bnet Cliet

It would seem every time I reopen bnet after coming back home from work or something even just restarting the computer WoW always has to “Update”. Its gotten to a point where it takes about 5 minutes just to FIND this update its looking for. I tested it out a few times by having it update, opening WoW and playing for anywhere from 5 seconds-5 minutes and then closing it. Every time it has to update. I have the game fully updated every time. Sometimes it even shows “waiting on other updates” wh…
