Just ran into similar issue for a few minutes, but was able to get back into the game in the time it took me to navigate to the forums.
Maybe just a hiccup?

I tried to log into wow and it got stuck on connecting and then disconnected me. So I closed bnet to restart and try again now I’ve been stuck in queue for 20min

From usa if that matters

ah… i’m not in the twitterverse

my $ goes to DDOS

Same - Oceanic based - if that makes a difference.

Think it is the same for everyone logging onto battle.net atm. Leilleath has posted the tweet from customer service above about ‘an issue affecting our authentication servers’. This message also now appears at the bottom of the screen for the battle.net queue. (Im from Oceania - not sure if it’s wider than that)

Mine started at 39 mins and is counting down on time so far

I thought i finally escaped Grobbulus’ queue. Its 1AM… and NOW IM IN A BNET QUEUE. This is beyond frustrating. id like to PLAY THE GAME I PAY YOU 15 BUCKS A MONTH FOR

This is affecting the in game as well i was in the middle of a raid when the boss remained at 1hp for 15 full minutes when i task managered the game off to get out of the neverending battle i find out its because ive been logged out of my bnet it wont give me the option to log in at all for any reason the whole of bnet is like i never had an account >:/ I WAS RAIDING UGH

50 minutes @ CST time zone so far. Smh.

63 min queue

as a skyfury player, I agree. I sit in a 200+ min que regularly to play. Now its 3am and I still cant play. Sad state…

Mine was 71 Just a min ago, now showing 54.

Yes I saw it’s a DDOS attack - sadly not unexpected with queue issues and wrath launch imminent. And for people watching queue times there isn’t a lot of point… 1st time I just disappeared and had to requeue. 2nd time I got the battle.net screen but I am not logged on. I can attempt to log on manually but this is slow and unsuccessful (3 attempts) after which I gave up - more stress on the servers is not useful. Off to play another game.

Logic: You may want to find something else to do for the next hour or so. Maybe clean the house or catch up on some of your shows via your favorite streaming service. Heck even take your dog for a walk.
