Hi there, I recently added a new authenticator to my bnet account, and since then every time i restart my PC or just log out of bnet and log back in, it asks me for my login information. This is despite having the “keep me logged in” button checked. Any assistance with fixing this would be appreciated.
If your IP is changing every time you login, you’re likely to be asked for your password.
Well, the thing is (and what I neglected to mention) that I had previously had an authenticator attached. So I basically removed the old one and added the new one. And this has never been a problem before.
I recommend opening a ticket with Customer Support, or asking in the #support:customer-support forum as to why that may be happening.
