OK I have a question in regards to Battlenet accounts. When Battlenet was first initiated it automatically grouped 4 different Wow accounts I had on my original battlenet. The accounts were mine, my husband’s and my kids accounts. All were initially separate. (This account is not connected to them as it was made in the last couple years). They were slammed together because I used the same email for all of them.
All of the kids have grown up since their accounts were originally made. Is there any way to move those accounts to their own battlenet ? As I said we did not initiate the merge. I logged into battlenet nd every account that previously was attached to my email was suddenly merged together. I did not think it would be an issue as they were all their own separate accounts. Given the recent bans that have gone out ( none on that account) I would like to know what I can do to prevent it. My kids have worked hard on their characters. I don’t care if the achievements end up gone but I highly doubt they want to remake every single character on their accounts and try to level them up.

You can definitely move them to their own battle.net accounts. The owner of the battle.net account will have to submit a ticket to have the other licenses moved to their own battle.net accounts.
Keep in mind though, that with account-wide achievements and such, most of what they currently have will be left behind. Their characters and character specific mounts/titles will transfer as well as their inventory/bank, but the majority of pets, mounts, achievements and transmog will remain on the original battle.net account.

Yeah that’s good then. I just know they do not want to lose their characters
