BM and MM Phantom Pain exploiters should be banned though.

I mean ele lava burst spam is definitely not intended. It’s like the pre nerfs were not applied.
If it has anything to do with cancelling a bunch of lava bursts then it’s probably an exploit.

I’m pretty sure there’s still some exploit with black arrow being able to benefit from cleave procs even when kill cleave is down resulting in games where it does 40m damage in like 4 minutes
No it’s not. This is the same testing that was done on PTR. It is just overtuned and they didn’t adjust the damage.
I’m fairly sure that nerfs on the PTR didn’t get applied to ele, and so people are abusing it
iirc there were no nerfs applied on PTR to Ele, the only true bugs are Phantom Pain, Sac spam, cast cancels.

In Single Target, pressing Ascendance applies all 6 Flame Shocks to that main target and then generates about 10 Overloads that go into that main target.
They changed how ascendance works, it’s not bugged, it’s just over-tuned.
People are actually dumb.
Def should nerf Ele a bunch
If you can show proof, sure, but it’s just a bunch of random procs happening. It triggers overload Lava Blasts randomly with Mastery stacking it can double them per target. So yes it can shoot a ton of Lava Bursts at players randomly. It’s how it was designed. If you hit targets with Flame Shock, there’s a chance it launches a Lava Burst at each Flame Shocked target. There is a chance each of those is doubled. There’s a chance each of those doubled ones can trigger more. Is it nutty? Yeah absolutely. Is it bugged? No.
What’s the phantom pain bug? I’ve fought nothing but hunters today and all their damage was passive. But just doing insane damage LoS behind a pillar
Phantom pain bug will make your death recap just show nothing but phantom pain, it hits repeatedly like 200+ times at once.
Make no mistake that even outside of the bug, BM/MM are pretty over-tuned atm.
