Aspect of the Wild and Talent Thrill of the Hunt not giving CRIT anymore as of 8.2!
If you look at your character sheet and either stack thrill with barbed shot or use Aspect of the wild you will no see your crit chance % increase!

Can confirm, AotW is not giving me any crit.
Can you test out Thrill of the hunter talent too please. It’s supposed to give you 3% stacking crit up to 9% total 3 stacks and it’s not giving me any either.
Looking at critical strikes broken down too on details it’s not just a visual bug with the stat sheet but actually both in your stats and visually.
Och, will have to check this out later… Please Blizz look into this.
Just tested this again to make sure and you do not get any critical strike % increase from these two.
I have 30% crit. When I use Aspect of the wild I still have 30% crit.
Same with thrill of the hunt, if I use a barbed shot I should go to 33% crit with one stack but instead I remain at 30% crit.
This hurts BM hunters ability to get more wild call resets for barbed shot reset.
This also severely hurts the Azerite trait “Dance of death” since it directly takes it’s chance to proc from YOUR CRIT CHANCE.
This needs to be addressed asap. You have talents and abilities that flat out don’t work Blizzard half way through an expansion.

Wow this is something that I would think they would hotfix as it really affects us. I can’t say that I directly have noticed anything but I am definitely going to take a look at details because I a lot of my damage in the past was because of really high crits especially on kill command.
Blizz this is a huge bug impacting hunters, saying something about it would be nice.
Blizz can we get a response on this.
I tested this last night. Not getting the crit from aotw.
Some people are saying its there but not visible on the char sheet or its working on the back end… whats the deal?
I have three DOD traits andbuilt this hunter based on my crits, the new raid and dungeon are next week and my guild is gearing up for it…we need some answers on what is going on with this please.

Still not giving crit on either. If this makes it to next week, no one’s going to bring BM to raids since we’re already low on the meters comparatively. I’ve put in two separate Bug Reports.

how has this not been addressed yet? This is a massive bug, I don’t understand how other classes are functioning properly while we are getting shafted.

Thaks Blizz, I expect we will see some kind of hotfix in about 2 months and the only notification we will get will be a byline on wowheads newspage. Great job listening to your customer feedback !

pretty sure you’re getting the extra crit still, the tooltip isn’t just isn’t updating.
