i checked wow head and it said Blueprint: Perfectly Timed Differential should drop for me 1st kill of the week, i have done it multiple times on heroic, normal mythic and mythic+ and have yet to see it drop. i also have rank 2 of the vision and was wondering if its bugged or something else is supposed to drop instead. in game it says king mechagon was supposed to drop something for me and it hasn’t in mutiple runs.
Try checking you bags you may have missed it and not realized u picked it up already.

yea i just did it on heroic like they said and nothing dropped for me, i checked the bags on my warlock and bank tab, also checked pascal to make sure i did not already learn it.
i checked the Junkyard Collector achievement and i have it there, but i have alot of workshop m+ done the past few weeks and seen nothing dropped other then azerite and gear.

The perfectly timed differential is for rank2. Since you already have it, you are searching for Progression Sprocket x4 to make rank 3.

i did, i just haven’t gotten my first sprocket in 13+ runs yet so i assumed i was missing something.

did you craft your rank 2 and learn it at the forge?
yea, i was just having bad rng on the sprockets.
