It’s a hollow promise. It was from the beginning. Midnights cashcow housing money grab took development because money printer in my opinion
dont forget china wow took dev time away from them aswell. they basically are working on everything but mopc. tbcc, titanforge, housing/midnight prep. its like that one meme of all the spongbobs running around in the office on fire. probably.
If you go on the Public Open Beta for Midnight, no wait, sorry the live game prepatch, you’ll notice that it has a significant amount of very janky and weird bugs, that have been reported ad nauseum on the various “test” phases.
At this point it’s confirmed that they are quite incompetent at keeping up with ANY versions of the game.
Can’t comment on the china one obviously, maybe that one is close to bug free…

Wait until MoP Classic Anniversary for your concerns to be addressed
Judging from the state of TBC anniversary I don’t think MoP anniversary would address any concerns; probably make it even worse if anything…
You’ll get your next blue post prob at the end of the final botched patch of MoP telling the community thank you and they will leave the lights on but are moving on to other projects.
Like converting the retail client into a mobile client like they have been working on for 3 years now.
Even retail patch is botched. Way to kill the game. The cash cow is running dry blizzard? The flag ship prepatch is just as bad as classic.
