Incorrect. 2 weeks covers 14 days. Post on day 1 and day 14 still qualifies as weekly.

To be bi weekly it has to occur twice a week or every other week.

In other words, it has to at least 14 days between each occurance to be by weekly if it doesn’t happen twice a week.
