(Statement): She accepted an invitation, and then a messenger from Lor’themar demanded to know why exiles were in Quel’Thalas. There has been nothing to suggest that exile has been lifted.
(Query): If Rommath had been a member of the Council of Six as per alpha datamining, would that mean the Magistry would’ve been friendly with the Kirin Tor?
(Commentary): There is a difference between working together to avoid mutual destruction, and the implication of mended wounds. Again, there has been nothing to suggest that Exile has been lifted from the High Elves, and their lack of presence at the Sunwell in our most recent viewing of it seems fairly telling.
(Statement): Her stated purpose was to seek her sister, Alleria, which is also why her nephew, Arator, was on board. I don’t think Vereesa was on the Vindicaar to support Liadrin and Aethas.
(Commentary): Indeed, I do feel that adding the San’layn seems unlikely when the Venthyr are going to be much more fleshed out. I think the best San’layn fans can hope for is to see customization added to Blood Elves to allow for it. There aren’t really any classes I could see San’layn being that Blood Elves cannot, so I suppose this isn’t too much of a loss, although the lack of racials and distinct heritage armor would be unfortunate. Hopefully some of the races added as customization to the core races, will have their own heritage armor questlines, or access to it somehow.
They are outliers who chose their human families over their Elven people. It is canon that Vereesa would have joined Sylvanas in undeath if it weren’t for her mongrel human children. Plus, Valeera is an Alliance NPC and she has green eyes.
Alleria is kind of an exception because she was offworld when all of the events that led to current elf events went down. She spent the last 1000 years assuming that Quel’thalas was the same as always and that the Elves were still on speaking terms with the Human kingdoms.
(statement): SC of dalaran also have no presence in the most updated version of dalaran. they lost their quarter to the worgen. the most obvious logical explanation is they no longer have the numbers to guard it anymore or are dead. the last of their numbers expunged fighting the legion. with only vereesa confirmed to be alive
(statement): desired outcome achieved. your logic works both ways
(Commentary): Part of me was always disappointed that Kael’thas never found Alleria on Outland and made her into the new Ranger-General of Quel’Thalas. I feel like she could’ve given the likes of Garithos a run for their money, although it’d never make sense for her to join the Horde.
(Analysis): Detecting heightened levels of aggression in posting style. Caution shall now be deployed to avoid drama.
(Commentary): Your logic is flawed, I’m afraid. We already know the Silver Covenant was redeployed from Dalaran to the Hunter Order Hall. We’ve not seen an updated Dalaran, so we do not know if they returned or not. There doesn’t seem to be much question about High Elves continuing to make Pilgrimages to the Sunwell, however. Those who were going to have already done so. There doesn’t seem to be a reason to return to a country you’re not welcome in to see a font of magic that you’ve already seen.
(Commentary): Disingenuous statements do not make for a pleasant discussion. My logic does work both ways, but you’re not applying it correctly, as I explained above. Indeed, we’ve confirmation of the Silver Covenant present at the Siege of Orgrimmar at the end of BFA, joining forces with Alleria to perform scouting, while their siege equipment was sighted on the battlefield.
Probably. Considering how many other customization’s are coming out with Shadowlands, it would honestly surprise me if eye color wasn’t one, instead of being attached to a face.
this was already debunked. those 2 portal keepers arent canon. dalaran cant exist in 2 places, in different moments of time as well, at once. they are literally flavor NPcs
(Commentary): Again, this logic is flawed. There has been no lore anywhere to suggest the Silver Covenant has either been depleted or wiped out save for Vereesa. The presence of siege equipment of High Elven design (not Blood Elven), would be an indication that the Silver Covenant continues to exist. Vereesa and Alleria went to scout Sylvanas’ forces, and would no doubt use their own forces for that task. Two individuals a scouting force does not make.
then the fact vereesa doesnt have a SC entourage in her two most recent appearances, means they are dead or disbanded and returned to the their homeland with your logic
(Commentary): This is an irrational presumption. Perhaps a comparison would help?
(Example): The lack of Farstriders or an appearance by Halduron Brightwing is an indication that they were all wiped out during the war with the Legion.
(Commentary): The above statement is flawed. Absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence. Evidence of absence, however, is what we have with Alleria’s most recent visit to the Sunwell. There were no High Elven Pilgrims there. If High Elves were still making pilgrimages, then we should have seen some present for that visit. Conversely, Vereesa does not always need an escort of Silver Covenant soldiers around her; there are several points she can be seen without them, after all, nor were any present at, say, in War Crimes, the novel.
Legion was not that long ago, just because she hasn’t appeared ingame since doesn’t mean the SC is dead.
The amount of speculations you’re making is absurd.
Excuse me what. So much what in one sentence.
blood/alliance high elves? You mean blood elves and high elves, right?
Blood elves are horde
High elves (or not-blood elf high elves for you confusing folks) are alliance
Stop trying to confuse people with your weird agenda.
Regarding blue eyes for blood elves, I don’t think it would make any sense as the sunwell was altered by the light, despite being a font of arcane energy.
Also they’d end up looking identical to high elves.
