Fortunately the zaps don’t cause too many problems during sleep.
However alongside the zaps, one of the other side effects I tend to get are nightmares.
Meds are fun.

Bummer.
Meds can be so useful once you get everything figured out. There’s that.
Only the lemmings…
OOOF. Yup. Sounds familiar. Sorry you had to go through that. I had to literally beg for a laparoscopy from multiple docs until one finally went in, turns out it saved my life! Ugh.
It sounds like you’re doing all the right things. This time in history is very vexing for most people, so you’re not alone hun. Keep doing all the things that are good for your health and spirit, and one day your mood will lift.
I’ve personally turned away from playing WOW (because its boring) and I’m doing other things that make me happy; such as spending time outdoors, listening to good music, reading, talking to people on the phone (co-miserate), and most important for me I watch things on TV that make me laugh and stay away from things that make me sad or angry (politics).
Hang in there, stay positive, it will all get better
big yikes. time to grow up. you sounds very mentally weak. tbh not surprised since youre playing a vulpera tho
the last part was a joke, but seriously…
To all who bring in the election and covid, that’s what’s sucking the energy from everyone and reminding/fighting about it here isn’t helping the tired feeling so many are feeling. Please post something that helps with this tired feeling, not something that will just reinforce it.
Seeing a female Pandarian saying “I"m so tired” made me think of Lillian von Stoop and her epic performance of “I’m so tired”. I can’t be the only one can I?
Especially “I"m so tired of playing the game” seems appropriate

Look for things that bring you joy, make you smile and laugh. It’s how I get through the day. Set small goals each day and enjoy when you achieve them. Turn off the news and social media if you are feeling down, they won’t help right now.
Just my thoughts on this, wishing all the best in these tough times. We are all human and everyone deals with things differently, compassion for one another is how we can all get through this.
Hoping you get a way to take a break; find some resources locally for some of the challenges you are facing. We ALL need to be gentler with ourselves during this debacle of a year - 2020. *Virtual hugs and good vibes being sent your way Willowbloom.
I definitely understand the exhaustive grindstone. I’ve been stuck inside for many months with 3 very young kids. I have no family or friends to speak of, life is incredibly hard.
Just keep telling myself one day the tedium and insanity will finally fade, and life can go back to normal.
I read your post with a Scottish accent.
I’m in private, earn money slaving
I’m feeling the same way. You’re not alone.
I’ve found pockets of happiness, of enjoyment, over the last 8 months. At first I tried to make them last. They didn’t. So now I just soak them in when they happen.
Try to do the same, OP. And talk to people you can’t see in person over the phone, through Discord – hear their actual voice. Friends and I get together once a week for a Discord chat that lasts for hours. It helps.
Hang in there. You can get through this.
Ehhh about 5% of us would be. Not all of us.
yes, the WoD
I haven’t taken time off since January until this month. I have to burn up some of my PTO before the end of the year.
I’m with you. But mine is a culmination of events that have transpired over the last 4 years. Ive been working on building up the courage to bring this story to an end. Almost there.
Well, would you rather be locked up completely for one month, or have to wear masks, social distance, and not be allowed to do really fun stuff for 2 years?
Well due to nature of the business we’re labeled emergency services. Not all but many of the fire trucks, ambulances, and other emergency vehicles you see in the country and around the world, have been fully outfitted by us. We’re also a major part of keeping them all in service so between a pandemic, all the fires, and every day life, it’s been a busy year. We also supply many with their personal life saving gear.
Very cool. I’m on the bus so to speak.
Hey listen, me too bud. The phrase that keeps running through my mind is that “things just keep happening”. It’s been one incident on top of another. Like…middle school, high school, college - it’s been a rather nonstop flaming train.
But…I think it’s better to stick around for the story, than to swap to another. We’ve got an idea of the plot here, at least. We’d be jumping into one where there’s no title, book cover, or summary. We don’t know anything about that.
Hang in there. We’re gonna get through this. And one day things are going to get better.
