Felblood Initiate mobs not spawning. Just tons of grey tagged emaciated felblood. The quest involves suctioning fel energy out of felblood initiates and killing them after they become Emaciated felbloods, however they are not spawning.

I am having the same problem as well. They are not spawning.

Not spawning here either; Winterhoof. People keep coming in, flying around for awhile, maybe killing a few demons for the blood, and then eventually giving up and leaving again because no mobs to siphon.
There are lots of dead bodies of them lying around (not despawning), if that means anything...

It's happening for me too. The dead bodies are there, but they won't respawn.

FWIW, still broken in the 6.2 patch as of 18 July 2015.

Still broken August 1st. I actually saw one, and I had my resurrection sickness on so I wouldn't 1-hit it, and I got credit for it. I waited and about 15 minutes later it respawned, but the siphon didn't work right. Although the lief went to half, and I swear I saw it change state to weakened, I killed it, and the corpse just sat there and never despawned.
I remember doing this in the past as a level 60-something and not being this difficult.

76 minutes and none of them have respawned though everything else is respawning. sigh.

Still not working Felblood Intiates not spawning.
19 September 2015, patch 6.2.2a, and it is still bugged. No respawn of the Emaciated Felbloods.
Emancipated Felbloods spawn - but then they die so quickly - I've killed maybe 10 by now and have not gotten credit for one. I even took off all my gear and tried naked. It still didn't work.

As of 11/12 this quest is still bugged. Keep leaving and coming back to nothing respawned at all. Sad. I guess I have other dailies for Quel' Danas to do but it is still frustrating that this quest is bugged.

Quest still bugged. Never seen this myself until today.. Realm: Icecrown/Malygos. Character: Mizzywix-Icecrown. Felbloods not respawning, just corpses around the Suspended Terrorguards. Hope this can be fixed soon.

I was able to complete the Blood for Blood quest today on Drak'thul.
Bugged for me too ... whoever is in charge of monitoring bug reports and forwarding them to coders in timely fashion is clearly not doing a very good job. If this doesnt appear in the next patch, I'm going up the reporting chain to excalate the issue.
