Blood dk grip healers across the map

Just make death grip part part of its own DR called whatever or add to knockbacks, and same thing 100/50/25/immune until DR reset. The percent wouldn’t matter but just make it so you cannot be forced to move by another player when you’re immune. Zero PvE impact, and it only targets these shenanigans in PvP.

Yk after bdk burns its grips it cannot stay glued to someone and 2 ranged can kill it in 5 seconds

I hate to be that guy but sounds like bad team not keeping track where DK is and following healer instead of zugzugging in mid.

BDK grip is 2 charges with 15s cd for PVE purposes

Yet i can kite them on my arms and ret always in 1v1

Kill them during the cd in this burst meta

What you’re really mad about is bad DPS not managing player awareness with nameplates that literally go across entire WSG

Healers take 3 people to kill

It takes 2 people to spin a flag with a rogue or cyclone savvy druid

It takes tons of people to kill a bear

They cannot. It will just heal itself on the priest.

Technically death grip cancels casts, so there’s that.

I’d pay to have a Dev on stream playing and a team of BDKs just grip bullies him the whole night. I don’t even watch streams, but I’d watch that. lol

This is a problem for priests because priest lacks mobility, but that is how priest is designed. Lack of mobility is something you need to accept and work around if you are going to play a priest, and sometimes that is going to be a team effort. Death grip exploits lack of mobility very well.

Take away the water…
Druid would have escaped that being a druid.
Paladin has several counters to this.
Shaman has several counters to this. Pretty sure grounding eats grips.
Evoker has several counters to this.
That monk should have been able to escape this. A well placed port would have made this irrelevant.

BYODK and grip them back, or do the same thing to their healers.

Instead of looking for changes that won’t happen, come up with a strategy to deal with it.
In that Glineas video, the rest of the team appeared to be somewhat oblivious to what was happening with two players being removed from fight and saying repeatedly “we cannot do anything” in response to teammates “we need heals”.
Before the game started you had a whole conversation about dks kidnapping healers, but your team didn’t do anything to stop it despite having two rogues that could have squashed this by targeting dks and pressing buttons in any order.

The most basic strategy would be stay away from WW to avoid being pulled into water. Let them have WW, stick your bear at LH, and go take mine.

Why is no one disarming DK? I cannot tell you how many times i see rogues, warriors, and boomies and survivals match to blood and never take disarm

Icebound fort is 2m CD and the amount of stuns in this game is absurd

I’m starting to join elitist bandwagon with saying y’all have no idea how to play game with how easy bdk is to kill when you disarm or pull all your pets back

But nope, baddies feed dk feeding in melee range

No disarm, no chain stun and pumping them full of 300k’s from a range with +70% damage taken tank modifier and a pitty 34% phys armor with bone shield up.

It’s not a bear with rolling HoTs it has to swing its weapon.

Or of course, you can just invite a MW or Dragon to avoid the issue entirely, so people can play the appropriate RBG talents on the dps characters.

Idk i played holy priest and i could escape from dk because i was dashing almost all the time with word shield, cleansing slows and fade removing them or pvp talented evasion

Had a dumb low cd chastise and fear

Getting stuck in water sucks but you can also see nameplates 3x further than DG range

Yes, you can run forever from a blood dk. Run straight away from the team fight, while chases you on his mount.

Meaning he did his job. You can’t heal.

This might shock you, but priests have to dismount to heal teamfights.

Lets be honest here, people are mad just because it is a tank spec, because in their minds tanks can’t be viable in any shape or form in PVP, for reasons…

Healers are harder to kill and there are dps specs way more anoying.
