Hello, I would like to tell you and ask for help in some way. Today I played 5 characters multibox at work, to connect to my home computer I used teamviewer. Also, recently I changed the program that I use to play the game, I used to use the old pwnboxer, but recently it has become too buggy and does not work, so I downloaded hotkeynet and wrote a script for it that simply opens the games and translates the keystrokes to the ones I specified game windows. So after about half an hour, one of my accounts was blocked for using third-party programs. I am very interested in how I from these programs can give me advantages over other players or something like that, because hotkeynet uses almost every second multiboxer, and teamviewer just gives access to my home computer, so I donât understand why I was given a lock.
I dont believe your allowed to access the game remotely, that tends to be things botters and hackers do so it often gets the accounts flagged.
But youl need to appeal via the email directions.
But in fact, I launched the game from my computer, I just controlled it from work
Yeah thats remote access, check the terms and conditions.
They frown on remote access as has been stated. Your only recourse is to appeal within the email that was sent to you. You cannot plead your case or get results on the forums.
Wait you already made a thread about this and were given the appropriate information.
I did not make threads with information on remote access, I did a thread where my accounts were blocked for the fact that I used programs that automate the process, although I just played through the multibox using a program that broadcasts clicks
You cannot plead your case here. You can appeal via in game ticket. Posting here will not get you anything. Blues here cannot tell you if the program you used is okay. Blizzard doesnât support multiboxing, though they allow it.
I am not trying to restore justice here, I just want to share the problem and get at least some information or feedback from users
Folks above are correct, the only way to have this reviewed is through an appeal.
We do not forbid multiboxing - but we also do not support it.
