I made a mistake and added someone via real id tag. I have quickly learned that this person is extremely toxic and I do not like the things they say and how they behave. It has a negative impact upon my gameplay and my experience when trying to enjoy WoW… I have a very less than epic experience when they are online.
From what little I know…if I remove them…they will find out? I do not wish for them to contact me ever again. Is there a way to block them via real id battle tag?
Certainly can! Right-click on their name on your list. If you’re really wanting them gone, I would block them first and then remove them. They may notice you’re no longer on their list, but they don’t get sent an alert announcing you’ve booted them.

Thank you so so very much! I have done exactly as you suggested. I feel a weight off of my shoulders and feel much better already!

Most welcome!
Just as a preemptive thing though - if they somehow manage to circumvent that? Don’t even hesitate. Don’t answer, block and report the account and I would even go so far as to report them for harassment because Blizzard does not take kindly to folks who go to extreme measures to make someone uncomfortable or harass them. It shouldn’t be something for you to worry about, but I do like adding in that just in the off-chance this person wants to press their luck.
If there is anything else you need, just come on back and we’ll do our utmost to help again. ^^
