Sorry reading fast. I’m between this and battlegrounds at the same time. So I am kind of rush reading.
My only counter argument against expanding the safe zone is that people would still complain. Of course it would solve the leaving the zone issue. It just won’t stop that crying people.
No, don’t turn WM off… blizzard needs to fix this stupid bottleneck at the ENTRANCE of a whole frickin area. Makes no sense.
PVP is happening in a PVP mode.
That’s something those players have to live with. They got the benefit of an expanded safe zone to portal. If they’re still gonna complain after that then war mode isn’t for them.
Yup. People need to take responsibility in how they choose to play a game. Especially the ones who claim they have so little time to play.
I get that OP thinks he found a solution so that he can have his cake and eat it too.
The problem with this kind of ‘problem solving’ is that people will simply move their raids to just outside whatever safe zone the devs add. At which point OP or those with similar views will again be asking for a fix to a problem that already has a solution.
Turn off WM. Sorry you find it inconvenient, but its an an entirely elective problem.

Nope, there were no savior changes when this was happening to Alliance for months at the start of BFA, time for the Horde to get the same.
And even some areas that weren’t key were camped… oh wait, those were key - they were key sniping spots that pwnd the unsuspected players. Thinking about Stonetalon … man that place.
to be fair, its pretty fun murdering all the lowbies that think they’re safe in the maw by engineer stealth enchanting your way past their raid group
No one mentions the potion sold in the refuge that makes you invisible and boots move speed, it gets you past the alliance and theoretically once your past that ridiculous mob wasting their life doing that it means less alliance on the shard elsewhere.
yeah… wait until horde clears mythic raid… you are going to have a heck of a time, alliance.

There is already an alternative way out of the safe zone.
You can jump up the rocks and glider out.
Plenty of people have posted that solution.
Do people bother to try to find a workaround first, or do they mindlessly rush to their death multiple times and then cry on the forums about no options?
Oh wow. I didn’t realize we still had PvP only servers, where people had no way to opt out of world PvP?
