This is pointless. BBB is a business, not an actual entity tasked to oversee business conduct. Blizzard could just pay them to remove the flood of negative reviews from jaded customers.

The BBB is a private entity that seems authoritative. They are not. Companies can pay for overall ratings.
That’s called bribery or corruption. It’s a rampant problem in all nations around the world due to poor moral standards.
