Yea that worked great for Wizards of the Coast and the OGL fiasco… Staying quiet is not always the best recourse. They did a full reversal and saved their brand.
Not saying this is up to that level, I’m just saying your “always a bad idea” statement is wrong.
Yeah no they don’t. They don’t have to tell you anything. They don’t even have to tell you that they’re taking the servers down. Is it good customer service for them to tell you, yes… but they don’t have to…
Is the a “realist” statement for the sake of saying “we’re all dogs, accept it” or a “realist” statement for the sake of saying “…sigh, I agree that’s what would happen in a decent world, but we dont live in that world”?
Just curious - When you forum trolls put “HEY BLIZZARD” in your title…do you really expect a response or are you just anger-mode typing to make yourselves feel empowered?
I’m not running boy, here I am. What do you want to know?
Being a paying customer doesn’t make you an investor. This is a forum for the game of WoW, if you want to go to an investment forum and ask for answers I think that would be a great idea.
As a customer you aren’t deserving of anything other than the ability to purchase their product. Same for me. If I am unhappy I know where the door is.
A restaurant doesn’t owe you an explanation if they source their beef from another location, you can just choose to not buy it. If you are in investor in their stock, you get a statement every year that you can ask these questions. It comes in the mail and you can vote on board members etc. too.
To lop all disagreements as investors is dishonest and trying to make it like this is a simple inquiry is also bogus. This is a person complaining about not being able to play a game, check your emotions at the door and learn to use objective facts when discussing.
