Some of you seem to have forgotten. Blizzard certainly needs to be reminded.
Last time I unsubscribed you said I wasn’t getting my money back. Not only did I get my money back, a week later you reinstated layering to fix the queue problem in classic.
Address the realm imbalance or continue to deal with my Andy Dufresne strategy.
sadly, they work for money and do not care about the game or players. When you need help they fall back on cut and paste responses. Who cares if you quit…some dumb a** behind you will pay the monthly fee. They hid behind a read our legal response consistently when I have a lawyer read them and respond back they just say the same thing over and over. Blizzard works for no one but their pocketbook…
No they don’t. Blizzard employees work for Blizzard. We are customers and at any point we can decide to stop being customers. But make no mistake, we are not the bosses who can order employees around. That’s not the way this works.
The old, the customer is always right, argument. If that were the case, Blizz would have to perfectly tailor the experience for every single individual. Expecting them to pander to you like that is textbook Karen behavior. And before all the meh Blizzard shill, I hold this same viewpoint across all industries and businesses, including with the way I conduct my own business. You can’t make money trying to please everyone. That doesn’t mean I disagree with you having the ability to voice your concerns, but expecting any for profit entity to put your personal desires above their bottom line is naive to say the least. And so is thinking there’s enough people that care enough to join your movement. And believe it or not I’m not a nihilist.
I don’t think he’s totally wrong, imagine if we didn’t buy their products. They would a-ten-hut real fast just like they did in the past when they tried to remove flying from the game.
Neither Activision nor Blizzard would be what it is today without White male oppressors – who maybe utter ‘game words’ and have certain commonly-held expectations of the opposite sex – purchasing their products. No BIBOC/BIPOC ever bought Bobby K. another luxury floating house.
