I am pretty much done with arena in TBC the changes were bad, but the respec cost is what really killed it for me. Not to mention BG queue times. Me and my friend are in different guilds, and we have to coordinate maximum time between raids to get a session in. Just not worth it

It would benefit blizzard because they would make money off of respecs.

Also I don’t want everybody to farm, I was just giving some friendly advice as to what I do for respec money.

You know why I have gold? I have avoided respec entirely due to the cost, instead of respeccing 2-3x a week to play arena.

Having gold or money isn’t a reason to waste it if you deem the price not worth it.

I shouldn’t have to schedule, If we are both online I should be able to queue up without spending 100g.

Again kind of the point. I can’t arena when I want, the respec is enough to deter it

No you want to do arenas optimally with the best chance to win, which requires you to respec. There is nothing preventing you from doing arenas.

Being the right spec in RATED arena is mandatory if you want to be remotely successful

I wouldn’t mind it tbh. People are buying gold from bot farmers right now, it makes more sense to buy it from Blizz and not lose your keys in the process.
