Blizzard working on Dual Spec as early as June of 2008

So did you find the part where it talks about the attunements on the box yet?

What’s even more hilarious is that you totally abandoned your “he’s taking me out of context” excuse and then shifted the goal posts to “this is what I really meant”

:joy:

Even funnier is you missed the fact that you said this:

As if presuming we care and then say this:

So, you just presume we all care about Zipzo’s PvPing. But when someone else mention it, Zipzo says, “I don’t see why anybody has to care
”

Yeah, just degrade other people for being exactly like you and speaking their mind. That’s the way to win’em!

I’m not moving the goal posts at all, I stand by all of those words. You literally did take it out of context.

You took back and forth statements, omitted all of the posts I was responding to, and tried to make it out like I contradicted myself, when I didn’t at all in the proper context.

So basically they were working on it before Ralph they just didn’t get a chance to implement it or finish it until Affer wrath dropped.

That’s what this says to me

No you don’t. You couldn’t possibly stand by those words otherwise you wouldn’t have spent several paragraphs trying to explain why saying you were ignoring something you also said you were actively engaged in was somehow not a contradiction.

You are rewriting the English language right now in an attempt to make yourself not look like an utter hypocrite. It is amazing the level of mental gymnastics you’re attempting to engage in right now.

Of course they were. The Wrath of the Lich King expansion was probably in the latter stages of development by June of 2008. They were probably already working on dungeon finder, too. For the next expansion, not TBC.

When did Ralph enter the equation?

It’s not mental gymnastics.

It’s actually quite tame linguistic nuance that
is rather embarrassing to watch you fumble over.

I 100% stand by every word.

Attunements much like only having one talent spec aren’t a defining feature of TBC. Its almost like the primary features are experiencing the new zones, leveling to the increased level cap, riding a flying mount, and creating a blood elf or draenei.

Classic TBC is about going back and enjoying those things, not having a carbon copy of the game as it was in 2007. If it was I would be able to enslave elite demons like Makazrodon in SMV to farm with, because thats what I used to do back at launch.

So you think removing attunements would be fine for TBCC?

Job Title:

Technical Designer - World of Warcraft Classic

  • Re-create earlier version of dungeon and raid content and help design systems

:eyes:

I’m a bad speller sorry You know what I meant I meant wrath

News flash!! Attunements get removed shortly after Sunwell. So no, removing them wouldn’t be an issue.

Yes I’m aware
they were removed because at that point, they weren’t needed.

They also let you run straight to Kael and Vashj. It was a convenience patch because it was considered old content at that point.

I’m totally fine with them removing attunements after Sunwell in TBCC too.

I think it’s called “schizophrenia.” Very basically the capacity to hold several contradicting ideas at once and attempting to retain one’s sanity as you do so.

Reminds me of Dalia Dippolito trying to convince her husband and the police that the video evidence was not real even though everyone saw it and heard what she said.

oh
so you mean in order to play a 15 yr old game, you have to use more advanced and corrected technology current with today? imagine that.

Nah, man, it’s “nuance” which means you want what you don’t want and you don’t want what you want. It makes total sense, right?

Why would you work for money?

To have nice things!

You mean in real life?

Because that’s how it’s done today. People work for money and then they spend that money on gold.
