Why is it impossible to navigate Blizzard’s HELP system?! How can you write a ticket using Blizzard’s support system?! It seems like they want us to fix everything ourselves by reading threads other people have written and fixes other people have found. This is the worst In-Game support system!
What are you having trouble with? Someone likely knows a ticket path, if it possible. Often if you can’t seem to find a path you need it’s because there isn’t anything a GM could do for you. If you encountered a bug or what not, GMs don’t handle that.
You’d also want to edit this message (pencil icon in your post) and move it over to Customer Support. While you didn’t say what you needed help with, I doubt it’s anything Technical Support can help with as Blizzard doesnt offer any help in that department regardless.
Blizzard1s support is terrible; they don’t care about you at all. I’ve already opened two tickets and the answer they give are ridiculous. it feels like a bot givin automated responses and pushing the problem back onto the user to solve. it’s disappointing.
Technical is players only, discussing crashes, latency. To leave feedback on a ticket answer the survey once the ticket is completed.
