Blizzard the economy is already messed up

Yeah, there’s a LOT of people selling specific loot drops for 150g+ right now.

I guess if people aren’t bidding on it, it’s all good?

TL:DR = Noob wont take the time to grind gold and wants everybody to be broke with him

you’ve been going hard all day, thanks for the content, glad they haven’t removed you from the forums yet

A GDKP run was just a paid carry anyway, just a bit more subtle. As far as Blizzard’s GDKP post, selling runs should be prohibited. Here’s the details…

Selling loot drops clearly meets with the definition of GDKP and should be banned. So if this is persisting, Blizzard is not enforcing their own rules.

You’re not playing the same game as everyone else I think

I feel like it doesn’t matter what amount it is, people will claim that only buyers will have it. Not that we will ever get rid of gold buyers/sellers, but you can definitely acquire gold without buying it.

Perhaps just spend some time to understand how the economy works and how you can benefit from it, and you’ll see that the in-game economy really isn’t ruined.

He must’ve spent those 300 “free” credits that he purchased already.

No a placebo it increase the amount of gold buyers significantly.

Thanks, I didn’t remember the last part.

They are 100% not enforcing it then.

I’m sure they’ll jump at anyone advertising a GDKP though.

I’m generally not Blizzard’s biggest advocate for how they enforce their own rules, but I suppose if I were to give them the benefit of the doubt here, they do typically lag a bit in terms of the time between report and action.

If you see these, definitely do report them, but also bringing it to everybody’s attention here is important as well. For a long, long time Blizzard has not been a proactive company and tends to react only when players are making a lot of noise. Their statement regarding GDKP is clear, selling loot in runs is against the rules. Hold them accountable for that.

If the goal is to have a game where raiding and dungeons are not monetary transactions, then they need to adhere to that principle.

When have i ever said people dont buy gold for gdkps?

If there is gold being used, people will buy gold for it.

Pretending the ban made the people who have no issues buying gold alll of a sudden stop buying gold is what people need to stop pretending.

100% of the people who buy gold are still buying gold, they all of a sudden arent farming to make their gold, id even say MORE people buy gold now because gdkps are gone as an income source.

Just buy gold :woman_shrugging:

They’ve been doing monthly ban waves, people even getting banned in retail for gold buying now.
