Ever since I bought a shirt at the Bliz gear store, I gets texts from the Fanatics Store every few days and from a different number each time, so when I send STOP, they just send another one a few days later. I need them to STOP sending me texts as this is harassment.
You will have to take this up with them.directly or block there number the gear store is a 3rd party.
Unfortunately Blizzard doesn’t really handle anything with that store.
You can try filling a complaint with them by using the below link.
Edit:
While the Gear Store didn’t really have any user account setting, the Fanatics official site does. You might see if there is a setting there to remove your phone number/opt out of text messages. I don’t have any of the info filled in so can’t check personally.

Sorry Rubyrose, that sounds terrible.
Darth is right though – Blizzard had outsourced their physical store to partners and in this case Fanatics are the ones to contact.
I wish you luck!
I do not even have an account with their site
Have you tried reaching out to Fanatics themselves? The Blizzard Gear Store is run by Legends now.
I just did and they said it was not them and likely a scammer pretending to be them
You can probably mark the numbers as spam. That essentially blocks them. Check your phone spam settings and see if you can block calls and texts from Fanatics.
Well if it’s actually a scammer, there really isn’t much you can do beyond blocking the numbers as they come in, as there really isn’t anything that can be done about it by the company(s), as its not something the they would be able to control or have any ability to impact.
I am not sure what phone company you use, but you might check with them to see if they have any spam blocking software, I know many do have it, and it can be very helpful during times when your getting lots of spam from suspect numbers. Most do have free software for this.
This is great advice. I started using AT&T ActiveArmor and it cut down the spam/scam calls that came through by about 75%.
As for Fanatics, they are the worst. It wouldn’t surprise me if they were sending those texts and simply ignoring your repeated requests to stop. Why Blizzard ever got into bed with those hacks I’ll never understand.
