WoW they added stuff that was already in the game and just changed it a tiny bit LOL come on owl, you just look pathetic at this point.
Garrisons were classified as a failure. Adding the same feature with even less things to do but make jump puzzles in your house with yard decorations. Yeah midnight is a hard pass for me. Will be the first expansion I fully skip and depending on what TLT looks like, when they start doing their PR tour… I think I’m sitting that one out as well.
I’m a battlefield enjoyer, epics were the only thing I liked about WoW, since their inceptions. The overall quality recently has been hard to justify playing. The last fraction of addiction I have to this game is about to flicker out lol. Battlefield 6 hype is real for me though. So Ill be living there until all the FPS streamers communities ruin it over time like they do every game.

At first I thought she just had really good taste in music - but after a while - I learned there was a much more sinister reason for it. You guys don’t understand.
You must find it a bit weird that she pops up out of nowhere, and accuses me of following her from guild to guild… discord to discord… with zero evidence.

I’m not adding anyone to anything, lol. There are way too many weird classic-alt trolls here trying to rage-bait people, like the guy above you, for example. I don’t care who any of them actually are, nor do I have any interest in getting to know anyone here. My only purpose for posting is to give feedback on queue manipulation and call out the hypocrisies of those defending it.

If you are referring to me. I was just offering you someone to play with because you were leaving because of the quality of the game. I don’t want to get to know any of you either. It would of been in game text chats only. I don’t discord with WoW players outside my main’s guild for raid and I’ve been raiding with them for close to a decade now and only know 1 of their RL names, the raid leader.
Owl thinks I am girl because I play a female VE that’s hilarious and age defining on him being 50+ with his awful pop cultural 80 naming scheme and his lack of understanding how data and the internet works. It took less than 5 minutes to build a profile on his internet movements.

Created a math equation of my in game play time - Weird.
Informs Hadesu when I’m in the same BG - Hadesu doesn’t stalk me… why would he care?

You’re kidding right? You must be new to wow and games in general. Honestly, you’re just trolling at this point. You think so highly of yourself it’s just silly at this point.
The two biggest differences I see though that make housing not the same failure is that garrisons were required for progression, you literally had to interact with the system and spend a lot of time in your garrison just to get anything done in WoD.
And they gave way too many conveniences and rewards. Once I got my herb garden upgraded I never had to go out looking for herbs again. I wasn’t even a miner but I had access to free ores. I got tons of transmog items from past expansions with the salvage yard. Got tons of free gold from missions. You could even get an AH and such so there was almost never a need to visit the hub city.
Housing looks like it’s going to be entirely optional, and I really hope it won’t have a bank or AH (though it should have a mailbox). It’s also going to be tucked rather out of the way near Stormwind or Orgrimmar so it’s not like it will be useful for travel purposes.
I’m looking forward to it, but it’s really a non-issue if it’s not something you like as you can just ignore it completely, unlike garrisons which forced people out of the hub city and into a single player phase.
Though you do have a point in the developer resources that were spent on it vs being spent somewhere else. Who knows how the rest of the expansion will be.
