When are the names from WoD gonna be freed up?

Correct, unlike in the past where we released them in bulk and announced it. Now, the system will check if a character is eligible when a player tries to create a character with the same name. If the name IS eligible to be released, the system will automatically rename it and allow the new character to be created. If the name is NOT eligible for release, the system will inform the user that the character name they are attempting to use is unavailable.
