Blizzard responded

Proof right there, that “equal rights” is not what is desired by many of the powers that be.

If it was, they would be fine with this being the case sometimes. But they don’t want equality. They want superiority. Saw this same push in the 1960s. It’ll prolly come to a head somewhere as it did with Helterskelter, and then we’ll see things cool as balance in the force settles in.

But bear this in mind. Once we reach that point in the beats of history, folks had better make sure that every single race-baiter is barred from becoming teachers, or speaking at public events.

Don’t care what skin color they are, if someone else brings it up in a disparaging manner, it’s revolting. When we get to the end of this mess, and the inevitable happens this time around, we need to take action to break the cycle.

Otherwise I promise you that they will immediately slither into higher education to train another generation of proverbial “Decepticons” and make another tilt 30 years from now with the same toxic ideologies and mentalities.

Can’t tell you how many vengeance crazed teachers I had growing up that had hatred left over from the 1960s. Glad I fostered a healthy contempt for them. It made me a stronger person. We live in a country that is based on the precept that all men are equal.

That means Brack and others being white has nothing to do with this case, unless the DFEH also has the position that the conduct they are currently suing over would be acceptable with the omission of that term?

If so that too is racist and disgusting.

Somebody call up James O’Keefe to investigate the video game industry.

Of wow “state bureaucrats” so this is political? Who wrote this?

Sure is. Sounds like it was written by flunkies from the Trump administration. It’s like, how could this get any worse and Blizz goes ‘Hold my beer.’ Get wrecked, Blizzard.

I made it through their first 2 sentences without vomiting wildly. Truly, if the grim reaper has a voice…yes, the voice of Death sounds like one of these soulless trained PR necrons. What the hell man…

Bahahahah.

Yeah, okay. Are they just trying to convince themselves here?

Man no wonder they hired a Lawyer to be the game director of WoW…they needed him to play both roles

You know it’s based in reality when their defense is just saying they didn’t give us a chance to cover it up or pay it off. Also it’s all fake news!

Great apology blizzard.

Shame they didn’t ask him to write the public response. Probably would have been at least semi-legally coherent. This response reads like someone angrily typing on their laptop at 4 in the morning. Jack.

Calm down Mr. Arm chair lawyer.

And lets not forget, Blizzard has good lawyers.

It doesn’t take a lawyer to figure out that saying the silent part out loud is not smart. If you think you’re being falsely accused you keep your mouth shut and fight it in court. People who actually are lawyers agree that the statement was unwise in the current environment.

You have to remember this is from 2 years ago, judging by Blizzard’s reply, they cleaned their act up and you can BET their lawyers will argue this point. I don’t see much happening in this case besides few quiet pay outs and then neatly swept under the rug.

Pretty sure they meant the United States.

Exactly! This report is from 2 years ago and by their reply it seems they clean their act up and their lawyers will argue that. I don’t see anything happen to Blizzard and if anything does, we won’t hear about it, case closed.

Another arm chair lawyer.

The fact that so much of their response is “We’re being persecuted by liberal woke CALIFORNIA” shows their hand at trying to appeal to the most toxic part of their playerbase, and it has the fingerprints of the people that Activision-Blizzard picked up from the Trump administration all over it.

This investigation has been going on for two years. It’s almost like they knew that they’d need them for exactly this purpose.

Those companies are also Pro China and they’re perfectly fine with Chinese government take control of Hong Kong and suppressing people’s will.

I’m probably preaching to the choir here… but why is this stuff so consistent and so frequent in the world? It seems to be in every industry.

My take away here is that in order for the community to get any form of thorough communication from blizzard all we have to do is sue them.
