Blizzard responded

Whoa, dude, stop being anti-business.

It’s not the most improbable thing in the world. Why don’t you fact check him.

So you admit that staying around to talk about this situation is a valid way to express disdain?

Nah, they may try but it won’t end the way it would in Cali.

Cause im not a lawyer and cannot fact check. im a nigerian prince. way to read about my plight in the previous post. If only someone could help me access the royal account in switzerland i could retake my kingdom.

Nor was i the one relying on the lawyers assertions like he is. It’s his due diligence not mine. Taking the posters word for it is terrible evidence to support that claim. Reposting it carte blanche does no one any service.

No no I’m the president of the USA and I’ll have this case shut down. Don’t worry you can trust me. /rollseyes

Your due diligence would have been to STHU, instead of laughing at him. Because you have NO clue what the hell you’re talking about.

So damn cringe. Blocked

Lmao relax dude. Yikes may wanna reflect that cringe inwards for some reflection.

This is typical response for any case

DFEH"You done bad" ,
BLIZZARD: "we did no bad you bad "

A lot of misconceptions about the process in all of these threads.

1.) Since the complainants in this case chose to go through the DFEH process, the DFEH is the one to file suit. The State of California didn’t investigate this on their own accord.

2.) If there is a merit finding, there is supposed to be some form of dispute resolution before prosecution. I’m assuming Blizzard’s response is in regards to the DFEH jumping straight to prosecution without attempting dispute resolution processes/discussing the merit finding.

3.) This very well could be settled, and you won’t hear any further details because of the settlement.

4.) If there are personal liability issues, and not claims under the California FEHA, then individual plaintiffs will individually sue for specific reasons. This complaint is specifically about pay, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace brought through a government agency.

No. Don’t put words in my mouth. If you’re done with something and have washed your hands you’d be done with it. You clearly haven’t washed your hands. This is a video game, it’s not even something important. If you wanna quit, cool, do it. If you don’t wanna quit then stop pretending like you’re going to because it’s cool. Find something better to do with your time, all this is is a video game forum.

Did you just move to the US? or are you just under 25 with no clue how the world works?

Actually, when you’re done with something you stop supporting it. I’ve don’t that.

It doesn’t mean you don’t criticize it :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

well we need to know of the situation beforehand. Yes, California’s investigations can be overzealous and bias and Blizzard’s response can be used against them, but what I’m worried is that this whole mess becomes another Jussie Smolette scenario

And yet you seem so intrigued by people’s opinions that don’t match your own.

This has already been disproven but it’s whatever.

Okay, you keep doing you. If it makes your day and somehow makes fulfills you to whine and complain on a video game forum then you do you. If bashing a video game and video game company perks you up and makes you feel big then I guess keep it up. It’s no big deal either way.

With or without you there will always be, and always has been, a sea of angry posters on this forum. tbh, if it wasn’t for posters frothing at the mouth a giant chunk of the other half of the other posters probably wouldn’t be here. Coming to this forum, for me, is like watching karen rage videos on youtube most of the time.

Biggest oof.

Just …holy hell
