Blizzard Removed Trollbane's Racism

yeah, this whole game is based on bloody geocidal war of elimination between orcs and humans, I mean…

 More story whitewashing given to the alliance for free. One of the only big moral issues with the alliance is that their main race humans are incredibly racist towards others. And they are even taking all of that out of the game. Tired of the story bias towards alliance.

But I don’t know this context at all. I’ve no idea what you’re referencing.

Orcs had an underground slavery ring just for Varian to be a victim of orc slavery like Thrall, so the Alliance can say “See? Orcs are just as bad as we were!”

Just wait until Blizzard tells me that Alleria totally didn’t use mental torture against Forsaken civilians.

No war-crimes to see here players. Move along now.

I don’t understand, it’s not a competition on who does what acts worse then the other. Humans and Orcs both have done messed up stuff. It’sa part of Thralls story to move Orcish society past that. Similar that Sen’jin moved there Darkspear from sacrifices.

Kind of like Tyrande welcoming Highborne back without execution as well as allowing others safe passage through NE forests and not killing them on sight.

Or that time I mentally tortured that mage in Borean Tundra and then kept using the item on him over and over and over and over and over.

You’re just a mean panda.

I wouldn’t call it bias I don’t want the whitewashing myself. Our faction is the faction that is supposed to be disgusted by undead and savage invaders.

Mainly because blizzard thinks this is SWTOR and horde is the sith and alliance is the jedi for some reason lmao.

As dumb as the change is, I’m gonna be honest, I always did find it a little odd that Trollbane whips out the “greenskin” insult against a grey orc.

I don’t see that at all?

Well the slavery literally began and ended in Cata, when Varian was introduced to the Alliance.

I don’t have enough rum in me to entertain the notion.

And Thrall fixed a wrong. That’s development.

He didn’t. The slavery ring just stopped.
Thrall made slavery illegal in Warcraft Three.

Horde is responsible for most the evil deeds in the game, while the alliance gets a retcon each time they do a bad thing for some reason. It’s really damn stupid.

Blizzard removed this thread.

So it was an outside source and not Horde specific?

I don’t really agree, but I really am not interested in a “we did things meaner” pissing contest.
