I have recently purchased a character transfer trying to combine all my wow accounts before the service is removed tomorrow. All the accounts have the same name, yet when I try to complete the service it spins as if the transfer is going through than returns me to the character selection screen. I have opened a ticket with blizzard and it basically ended with them telling me that they cant see any reason why the character wont transfer, yet they wont help me move the character manually. Absolutely ridiculous and now I wont have some of my characters in my warband because blizzard wont help me.

Unfortunately if it’s something blocking you, it’s likely blocking billing. There really is no manual bypass.
Are both accounts at roughly the same upgrade level? You can’t transfer a character to an account lesser than your transferring from.

Yes I am sure, I even asked them to look into it and they said they cant see any restriction on their side that would be preventing the transfer. Which is why I am so annoyed.
Have you tried a different Realm to go to?
Maybe you can not have two of the same type on a Realm.
Yes the purchase of the transfer has gone through no issue with billing, and both accounts are the same upgrade level. It really makes no sense to me why they wont provide me with an answer or help me.
If you are facing a spinning cursor - the most common cause of that is something on your end blocking.
Ad-blockers, browser settings - a number of things could be impacting it, but that is usually the first suspect with a spinning cursor.
Unfortunately, really nothing we can do on our end for that. Trying a different browser, researching what may be blocking - even trying a browser incognito may help but there are a lot of possible variables with this.

Try cleaning out your browser cookies, cache, history, etc.
Try turning off firewalls, VPNs, sometimes even anti-virus software can be a problem.
Try a different browser altogether.

Quick question (and I am sure I missed it somewhere)…
When they state removed is the a perma thing or a temp thing? I really am asking for a friend 
Note, it only affects transfers to different bnet accounts, not different licenses in the same bnet account

Can you clarify? Are you talking about WoW accounts under the same Bnet account? If so, that service is not going away.
I would assume at this point it is perma. They have also permanently disabled the ability to move game licenses between Battlenet accounts. That was already limited, but is now gone. Removal of char transfers between Battlenet accounts comes on the heels of that.
Might be related to how Warbands work as well.
