"I’m ENH and yeah, it’s frustrating a little bit 
Blizz told ENH shamans there would be no major rework since they liked how we performed in TWW.
Shaman went to C-tier in PvP, and now they’re starting to care and doing the rework for 11.0.5 on ENH.
The 11.0.5 shaman changes for ENH look really nice so far, but come on, these should have been there at TWW release.
Reality is, during TWW development, ENH wasn’t a top priority, and they had bigger issues to achieve the milestone of releasing the expansion. So we got the nice “We like how ENH are performing right now” and then quickly buffed Stormstrike by 60% and Windfury by 60%… but that was a lazy and quick fix to try to do something.
Why isn’t Grounding in the base Shaman skill tree for all Shamans, outside of our PvP Talent?
Mobility? Give us a blink totem, teleport to a location, or something good. I mean, Mages teleport right behind invis up in the sky, then we have DH , Monks , Evoker , flying across the whole map in 1 GCD, speed bonus proc isn’t going to do anything.
Do something good !
