Heya Blizzard please un-shard Stromwind so we can start playing together again, I’m making this thread to bring attention of this other thread of a deathknight that shares the same desires and concerns I do:

Bumping this because it’s actually crucial to RP realms that this gets fixed sooner rather than later.
People are going to want to start coming back to Stormwind soon enough as they finish leveling. Currently the city is phased so badly that I cannot see more than handful of people there despite using TRP3’s scanner function that says there are more on the map.
Now that prepatch is over there shouldn’t be any reason why it should remain sharded like this.
I came to the forums to request exactly this.
It might not mean much on PvE/PvP servers but RP servers need to be able to gather in the hubs.
Turn off sharding please, if only for the RP realms, like how it used to be.
While you’re at it, would it be possible to make Trade District in Stormwind its own separate zone for the purposes of sharding? RPers don’t care about it and sharding it away from the rest of the city would solve a lot of lag issues without taking away any of the social aspect we love on our RP servers.
Please remove sharding from RP servers again in their main cities, the zombie event is over and there’s no need for this; It’s making RP extremely difficult.
Pwease Bwizzawd! PWEASE! It is a wasteland in Stormwind and more than anything in the world I want to go to some taverns and roleplay with some total babes. Where all the multi-paragraph roleplay at?!

I don’t know why this isn’t on auto-turn off after a day after launch…It really should be. We’ve said this before, and then it happened, so why keep it back on?
I’m not on a RP server anymore, but this is a common sense change request.

Blizzard, you fixed this for us ages ago. Don’t go back on it now. RP servers need their sharding to not exist.
I’ll put in an in game bug report. I’d suggest others do the same. Tell your friends to do so, as well. The more bug reports they get on it, the more they’ll hopefully listen.
Please don’t make me go to final fantasy. I really don’t want to swim through a sea of thirst. Again.
